Returns  (Domestic Orders)

Our return policies are valid for 30 days, after this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We don't accept returns of Accessories (Beyond Creations).
To be eligible for a return, the item must not be used and must be in the same condition as received, it must also be in its original packaging (bags and hand-tags). If not we will charge $5.00 per garment.
To coordinate the return, please send us a photo of the item you would like to return to support@nellapima.com.

Orders of $150 or more:

We offer Free Return Shipping, if you postmark your return within 7 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 7 days of receive it, a shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your credit.

Orders under $150 (Not Wholesale Accounts):

When using our shipping label, a shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your credit.

Would you like to return a Gift?

We only accept returns of gifts directly bought from our website. We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs. Please include order number and customer name.

When the garments arrive at the warehouse, a gift card will be issued for the value paid for the product. 

Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected, and We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Shipping 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges 
NellaPima will cover shipping costs to replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item for another reason the same return policy will apply.

Sale items or or purchased with a discount code
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale  items or purchased items with a discount code cannot be refunded.

International Orders

For returns or exchange of international orders. Nellapima does not send return labels. The costs must be covered by the purchased.

For orders shipped internationally, please note that Nellapima is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, customs duties, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These extra costs, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Customs Clearance:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered comply with their local customs regulations.

Additional Charges:
Please be aware that each country may have its own set of regulations and charges, and it is advisable for buyers to familiarize themselves with these before placing an international order. Failure to comply with customs requirements may result in the order being held or returned, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an international order with Nellapima, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to assume responsibility for any customs-related fees or charges.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I return items purchased from another retailer? 

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, you must contact the retailer directly. Nella Pima cannot accept returns for items purchased through another retailer.

How do I return from Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?

 We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We ask that you please return order with the form included with your package and be sure to include order number in return shipping address.
