Our return policies are valid for 30 days, after this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not be used and must be in the same condition as received, it must also be in its original packaging.
To coordinate the return, please send us a photo of the item you would like to return to email@example.com.
Orders of $150 or more:
We offer Free Return Shipping, if you postmark your return within 7 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 7 days of receive it, a shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit.
Orders under $150:
When using our shipping label, a shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected, and We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the shipment within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need expedited shipping, let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your item when you need it.
Sale items or or purchased with a discount code
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items or purchased items with a discount code cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I return items purchased from another retailer?
If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, you must contact the retailer directly. Nella Pima cannot accept returns for items purchased through another retailer.
How do I return from Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We ask that you please return order with the form included with your package and be sure to include order number in return shipping address.
