Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $120 or more in physical merchandise, after discounts. Gift cards do not count toward the minimum. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, military addresses, and wholesale accounts.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns: Domestic Orders

You have 30 days from the date your order ships to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags, bags, and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs $8, which is deducted from your refund.

Returns: International Orders

Nellapima does not provide return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact support@nellapima.com before shipping any return.

For international orders, Nellapima is not responsible for taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the items comply with local customs regulations. Orders may be held or returned if customs requirements are not met, and any associated costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Gift Returns

We accept returns of gifts purchased directly from our website. Please include the order number and the name of the customer. We do not cover return shipping for gifts. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a gift card will be issued for the value paid.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Customers cover shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. Items must be in good condition, with tags, bags, and original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds take 2 to 5 business days to process, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your card company, as processing can take time. If you still have not received it, contact support@nellapima.com.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items purchased with a promotional code are also not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for first-purchase welcome codes. If your order used a first-purchase code, the items in that order are eligible for return under the standard policy. Refunds are issued for the amount paid after the discount.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care in every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. We cover all shipping costs for the return and the replacement. Simply send us a photo at support@nellapima.com, and our team will take care of the rest.

Items Purchased from Other Retailers

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact that retailer directly. We cannot accept returns for items bought through another retailer.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

We cannot provide return labels for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please return your order using the form included with your package, and include your order number in the return address. Free standard shipping does not apply to these locations.
