Black Friday & Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions

  1. Order processing:
    Due to the high volume of purchases during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual. Orders are handled in the order they are received.

  2. Sale period & pricing:
    All discounts shown during the event are final and represent the sale price. No additional discount codes may be applied or combined.

  3. Final sale policy:
    All Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are final sale. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify, cancel, exchange, or accept returns.

  4. Stock availability:
    Completing checkout is the only way to secure an item. Products in your cart are not reserved.
    If an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued automatically and you will be notified via email.

  5. Price adjustments:
    We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after the promotional period.

  6. Separate orders:
    Orders placed separately will ship individually. We are unable to combine shipments once orders are processed.

  7. Shipping responsibility:
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, any updates or delivery issues become the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  8. Warehouse closure:
    Our warehouse will be closed from November 28th to November 30th.
    All orders placed during those dates will begin processing on Monday, December 1st. Emails and inquiries will be addressed in the order they are received once operations resume.
